*Seismic 3914 toy hauler fifth wheel by Jayco - triple slide*

For sale by owner: Superb condition, well-maintained, lightly used, 2014 Jayco Seismic 44 foot Toy Hauler with useful improvements, 14 ft cargo area, indoor and outdoor stereos, 4 TV’s, upgraded reclining sofa, new low-profile air conditioning units and more. Sleeps 8 comfortably with room for additional guests.

The main living area showcases a kitchen island with double kitchen sink, a slide with pantry, refrigerator, three burner range, and microwave. Main living area also contains a new leather recliner sofa with heat and vibrating massage, a corner entertainment center, and a loft. Stepping up the stairs, the bathroom on the right contains a sink, medicine cabinet, toilet, and corner shower. The bedroom boasts a queen bed with two wardrobes, one on either side of the bed, including a slide with dresser and underbed storage.

Sliding glass doors take you from the main living area to the cargo area or "garage," complete with entertainment. Rear ramp doubles as a railed patio with screen partition and awning. Cargo area is washer and dryer prepped and features additional sleeping beds, one of which is convertible to a dining table/booth, and the other doubles as additional storage space.
