There are some apps you can download that “lock” your phone for an allotted time. With a locking app, you freeze the functioning of your phone with a time-based mechanism that will automatically unfreeze your phone once the countdown finishes. This is an excellent tool for keeping your hands off your phone while driving, but it also doubles as an accountability system for staying on task in other areas of life!
