I went and had my hair thinned and trimmed not to long ago by Danny and she left my hair uneven and lopsided. It wasn’t a big issue so we went back and had her “fix” it. Her fix along with the original hair cut left my hair choppy. She did a good job thinning my hair but The trimming was not great.

My son and husband got their hair cut done back to back. They both asked for the same thing… A mullet. She did a decent enough job but the sides were a bit uneven and not cut very short. We had to get them redone two weeks later.

Positive:Cleanliness,Quality,ValueI have been using this Salon for years. I have never left feeling disappointed. The stylists are friendly, professional, and great at what they do. Getting an appointment sometimes seems hit or miss with online check in. (Sometimes it’s an option, sometimes it’s not.) I prefer online check in, but it’s always still worth it to call ahead.With Covid, I completely understand having to wait a little longer if they seem short staffed. This hair place, I SWEAR the people just do NOT want to work. It’s ALWAYS oh it’s an hour to a hour and a half wait. You need to call and make an appointment. Call to make an appointment get told we MUST have someone’s name to make an appointment. Get told call back around 1pm Management Danny, is running late maybe she can “squeeze is in” and do something. Zero star rating if I could. Lazy stylists. HORRIBLE customer service. Save your money, go else where that’s better and actually want to work and help you.

This place is a Joke. Called to see if I could schedule a hair cut they inform me about they dont schedule hair cuts. Okay no biggie. I show up early in the morning to be the first in line. She finally opens the gate then says if your waiting on a hair cut I already have to scheduled ahead of you!!! W.T.F!!
