Pokemon Quest features a number of departures from the main series ofPokemon games, like catching Pokemon by cooking recipes as opposed to throwing Pokeballs at them. InPokemon Quest, each Pokemon players lure to their camp can be leveled by taking them out on expeditions. These Pokemon can also be trained at base camp by sacrificing other Pokemon, and XP can be increased using statues that are earned in the main quest. Players can also use more advanced cooking pots to attract higher level Pokemon to their base camp, which will make obtaining evolved Pokemon even easier.

Pokemon Quest: How to Evolve Every Pokemon (9)

As can be seen in the list above, Pokemon inPokemon Quest just need to hit a certain level before they will evolve, with no need to use evolution stones or trade Pokemon like in the main series. The exception to this rule is Eevee, which has three possible evolutions. To control Eevee's evolution inPokemon Quest, players just need to make sure their Eevee has specific stats when it hits level 36. To get Flareon, Eevee needs its attack stat to be higher than its HP. To get Jolteon, Eevee's attack and HP stats need to be about equal. And finally, to get Vaporeon, Eevee's HP stat needs to be higher than its attack.

By knowing which levels Pokemon need to be at inPokemon Quest, players should have a better idea of which Pokemon to bring with them on expeditions. However, first they will need to actually attract those Pokemon to their camp. Highly sought-after Pokemon like Dratini are rare, but as long as players know the right recipes to cook, it shouldn't be too difficult to fill out their Pokedex.

Pokemon Quest is out now for Android, iOS, and Nintendo Switch.
