For nearly a year, the king (GPT-4) has dominated the LLM landscape. Excitingly, it appears Claude 3 is a better model (at least on the standard benchmarks...). First impressions are really good and I couldn't be more relieved that it was accomplished by a company that has strong ethical values in regards to data privacy and responsible AI use.https://lnkd.in/gsw3aR9yOf course, just like others who have claimed victory over GPT-4 in benchmarks (e.g., Google's Gemini Series) - the real test is with the user community and if people can extract more value from its capabilities than that of GPT-4.
